Since 2005, Cort has represented thousands of clients throughout East Tennessee and the Mid-State, and has devoted his practice to helping clients through difficult and emotional times in their lives. He is admitted to the Tennessee Bar (2005), U.S. District Court Eastern District of Tennessee, U.S. Bankruptcy Court Eastern District of Tennessee, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
Cort is a Knoxville native and makes his home in Knoxville with his wife, children, and hound dogs. He enjoys rooting on the Vols, playing golf, running in 5K and half marathon events, and hiking the Smoky Mountains.
